What Kind of Services Does Dzzynr Homes Offer?
Dzzynr Homes offers complete turn-key house construction solutions from the concept to the final finishing. It includes Documentation (where applicable), Concept Design and Architectural Drawings, Complete Project Management of Construction, Interior Design Services and Solar System Installation Services
How Do You Calculate Sq Ft of Houses?
Even though Square Foot Rates is not the most ideal form of estimating the quotations of your house, we use the following items to determine the area used to calculate the cost of the house:
- Covered Area
- COS Area (Open Area including Side Alleys, Garage, Boundary Walls, OHWT, UGWT, Projections)
- Plot depth of 5ft (for more plot depth plots, the costing will vary)
- Soft Soil Excavation (for hard rock excavation, the costing will vary)

Do I Have To Visit In Person For Any Processes?
No, you will never need to be present here in person as our systems are designed in a way that we only need the initial documents and the rest everything is handled online.
That being said, if you still wish to visit the construction site or be a part of any process, then we do not stop you.
What Are Your After-Sales Services?
All our projects come with a 1-month service warranty period where our processes are designed to help you move into your house in the most seamless manner. All houses have small petty issues once you move in and that is covered by our warranty.
However, we do not cover any breakages, electronic failures or soil settlement issues as that is beyond our scope of warranty repairs.
If there is anything that we have caused any issues with, we will replace those things for you. However, if things are damaged due to improper usage, then warranty will not cover it.
